How does the service work for Teachers( Course Provider)?
Teachers( Course Provider) can bowse the list of course.you can select the course and then join it.once you have been selected by the student, you can begin the work, provide the service and get paid.

How do I open a new course?
On the Dutalk main menu, click on the 'courses', then ‘add coures ’ link which will take you to the New Course page. Fill in the rest of the fields and then click on ‘create’.

How do I advertise my course?
In Order to get more attention from the visitors ,you can advertise you coure. on the main course page, click the "feature" , them will appear a new form , once you submit the form , you course will get featured.

Note: we will charge 1 day advertising fee for each 'submit' button click.

How do I approve a applicant?
If a visitor join you course, he will be the applicant at first time. you shoule click the "applicants" tab menu under you main course page ,Then click approve link,the applicant will get approved.Then click the "members" tab menu, the new member will appear there.

Why must I fill in the ‘discount’ field?
The teachers must accept the dutalk point as partly payment method..

Can I re-open a closed course?
Yes, you can edit the course status to re-open the course.

How can I communicate with Students(Course Buyer)?
You can send a private message to a specific student . When posting a private message, only you and the intended student can read it.

If you are the friend of the student, you also can find his IM account. If the student is online, you also can communicate with he via dutalk real-time billing system.

What is a private message and how can I send one?
When in a user's profile page, click on the ‘send message’ button near the username you want to communicate with. This will open a new window allowing you to send a message to that particular user.

Can I change my account password?
After logging into your account, click on the ‘account setting ’ link. This will take you to a separate screen where you will enter your new password. Ensure that you retype the password in the appropriate box and then click the ‘Save new password’ key at the bottom of the screen..
