How do I pay a teacher for a course?
You have two ways to pay for a course: real-time billing system for online service and payment request for offline service..

Real-time billing system: you and teacher can start the real-timing billing system, then select the correct course,then start timing and billing.

Payment request for offline service: if you consumed a offline service from teacher, then the teacher will make a payment request to you, once you appoved the request, the money will transfer to the teacher' account automaticlly.

When do you charge fee and how much will it be?
There are no fees charged unless when you withdraw money from you account.

If my account is below zero do I have to add money?
Money should be deposited as soon as possible. If your account is below zero for more than 30 days it will be frozen. There will not be any buy activity allowed.

How do I add money to my account?
Money can be added by logging into‘My Account’, ‘My Bank ’ and then the ‘Deposit’ link. Money can be deposited via West Union, PayPal,Yeepay, and Credit Card.

Can I withdraw money from my account?
Yes, money can be withdrawn when you are logged into your account. Click on the ‘My Account’, then "My Bank’ link and then the ‘Withdraw’ link. You can withdraw the money via West Union, PayPal,Yeepay, or Remittances

What is the minimum amount I can withdraw money from my account?
The minimum amount that you can withdraw is CNY50

Is there a fee to withdraw money from my account?
Yes, there is fee when withdrawing money from you accountt. We will charge 10% when you withdrawing the money from your account.

Example: If there is CNY 100 in your account. When you withdrawing the money , CNY10 will be deducted from your account, you will get CNY90 finally.

How long does it take to receive a withdrawal from Dutalk?
If you are a VIP member, you will receive payment within 5 business days. It could be up to 20 business days if you are not a VIP account holder.

Can money be transferred between users without a real service or to another account that I have?
Yes. Money can be transferred from one account to another whitout any fee on Dutalk. You click the "My Account",then "My Bank", then click "payment request for offline service".

Is there a fee to transfer money to another Dutalk account?
No, there is no transfer fee when sending payment to another Dutalk account.

What if I accidentally transferred the wrong amount of money or transferred the money to the wrong account?
In either situation, you would have to contact us and explain the situation. In the case of transferring money to the wrong account, confirmation would have to be obtained by the receiving teacher as well.

Should i leave feedbafck? Is there a time limit to leave feedback?
A feedback must be made within 90 days after the service has been finished and paid for. If you leave a feedback ,you will get dutalk points.

Can my account be frozen?
When you balance is zero for more than 30 days , your account will be frozen.. Money must be deposited as soon as possible to active your account again.
