What is the cost to Students(Course Buyer)?
No fees will be charged unless when you withdraw.We will charge 10% when you withdrawing the money from your account.

Example: If there is CNY 100 in your account, no fees will be taken unless when you withdrawing the money. You can use the money to learn the course or to buy the virtual gifts. When you withdrawing the money , CNY10 will be deducted from your account, you will get CNY90 finally.

How do I communicate with the Teacher?
You can send a private message to a specific teacher . When posting a private message, only you and the intended teacher can read it.

If you are the friend of the teacher, you also can find his IM account. If the teacher is online, you also can communicate with he via dutalk real-time billing system.

How can I send a private message?
When in a user's profile page, click on the ‘send message’ button near the username you want to communicate with. This will open a new window allowing you to send a message to that particular user.

Where can I find the message box?
Click the My Account , just above the page, you can find the message center.

How do I change my account password?
After logging into your account, click on the ‘account setting ’ link. This will take you to a separate screen where you will enter your new password. Ensure that you retype the password in the appropriate box and then click the ‘Save new password’ key at the bottom of the screen.
